This little gem, and several more like it, is from the a variety show from the 90's. Apparently, this is a practical joke/Punk'd scenario designed to a) objectify large breasted Japanese women and b) embarrass large-breasted Japanese women when they discover the same "punishment" awaits them behind either the "X" or the "O". Only in Japan, baby!
